This Privacy Policy explains how Rosy Star AI Limited ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Crash Domino (the "Game," Android package `com.rosystar.gm.crashdomino`) or contact us.
By using the Game, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
We may collect the following information:
- Device and technical information: device model, manufacturer, operating-system version, app version, language, network type, IP address, advertising or installation identifiers, and general location inferred from an IP address.
- Game usage information: app launches, screens or levels viewed, gameplay events, tutorial progress, ad impressions and interactions, and feature use.
- Crash and diagnostic information: crash reports, error logs, stack traces, app state, device information, and performance data.
- Purchase information: product identifiers, purchase tokens, order identifiers, purchase status, refunds, and revocations provided by Google Play. We do not receive your full payment-card number or Google account password.
- Support information: your email address, message, attachments, order number, device information, and any other information you choose to provide when contacting us.
The Game does not require a login account. Game progress, coins, energy, boosters, settings, privacy choices, and similar information are primarily stored locally on your device. Clearing app data, uninstalling the Game, resetting your device, or changing devices may permanently delete local progress unless the Game expressly provides a backup or transfer feature.
The Game does not request access to your contacts, text messages, call logs, microphone, precise location, or payment-card details.
We may use information to:
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Game;
- provide gameplay features and download Game content;
- process, verify, fulfill, restore, refund, or revoke in-app purchases;
- provide and measure advertisements and rewarded-ad benefits;
- perform analytics and understand how the Game is used;
- identify and repair crashes, errors, and compatibility problems;
- prevent fraud, abuse, cheating, and invalid advertising activity;
- respond to support, privacy, and legal requests; and
- comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms of Use.
The Game may use the following third-party services:
- Google Play for app distribution, billing, purchase verification, refunds, and related services;
- Firebase Analytics for optional usage analytics;
- Firebase Crashlytics for optional crash and diagnostic reporting;
- Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) and Unity Ads for banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements; and
- hosting, database, content-delivery, security, and technical-service providers where needed to operate the Game.
These providers may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, Game or ad activity, purchase information, and diagnostic information according to their own privacy policies. Where available, you can manage Usage Analytics, Crash Reporting, and Personalized Ads separately through Settings → Privacy in the Game. If you disable personalized advertising, you may still receive contextual or non-personalized ads, and limited information may still be processed for ad delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.
We may share information:
- with the service providers described above to operate, analyze, secure, monetize, and support the Game;
- when required by law, legal process, or a valid request from a government authority;
- when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security incidents, illegal activity, or violations of our Terms;
- to protect the rights, property, or safety of users, the public, us, or our partners; or
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable law.
We do not sell personal information for money. Under some U.S. state privacy laws, personalized advertising may be considered "sharing," "sale," or "targeted advertising." You can opt out by disabling Personalized Ads in the Game's privacy settings or by contacting us.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Game, complete transactions, respond to requests, maintain security, resolve disputes, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations. Retention periods may vary by the type of information and the third-party service involved.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live and whether the applicable law applies to us, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; obtain a portable copy; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; withdraw consent; or appeal a denied request.
To submit a request or appeal, email rosystar.ai.tech@gmail.com with the subject `Crash Domino Privacy Request`. We may ask for limited information needed to verify your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
You may also clear locally stored Game information through Android app settings or by uninstalling the Game. This action may permanently erase your Game progress.
The Game is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not provide personal information to us. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without legally required parental authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Parents or guardians may contact us with concerns.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of users under 16 for targeted advertising.
We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live. Where required, we use legally recognized protections for international transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Game, our practices, technology, platform requirements, or law. We will update the date above and provide additional notice through the Game or another appropriate method when required.
